Chair person: Matt Siegel As a participant of the membership committee you will have the opportunity to meet new people and help increase the strength of the Green Building Council. The Membership Committee works with database organization and creative ideas for recruiting new members.

Member/Volunteer roles:

• Maintaining the membership list.
  This involves sending out welcome letters to new members and updating membership renewals when they are due in our database.
• Recruiting individuals and businesses to become members of this great organization
  Memberships are a main source of financial support that allows the council to do its work in promoting environmentally sustainable building.
• Sending out Newsletters to members requesting printed version of the Newsletter
  Our members are our organization: get on board and help increase our strength in the community and industry!
